Serves Two
1/2 large English cucumber, thinly sliced (approximately 1 1/2 cups of cucumber)
sweet onion to taste, thinly sliced
1 tablespoon red wine vinegar
1 tablespoon fresh lemon juice
1 tablespoon Bragg Liquid Aminos
a dash of garlic powder
1/4 teaspoon dried dill weed (optional)
Mix all ingredients together. Refrigerate the cucumber mixture for about 20 to 30 minutes before serving. Mix again and serve. This salad goes with any kind of meal.
