Return Policy

We offer a thirty-day money back guarantee on the Samson Juice Extractor. The following
conditions must apply.

  1. The product has not been damaged by the customer. 
  2. The customer must pay the shipping charges. 
  3. The product must be returned in the original packaging. 
  4. When being shipped, the customer must cover the product with the appropriate insurance offered by the shipping company.

The cost of the original shipping charges will be deducted from all returns. In addition, Choose Healthy Eating For Life charges a fifteen percent (15%) restocking fee on any items returned for a refund.

Items purchased from Choose Healthy Eating For Life and returned within 30 days at the expense of the customer will be accepted for refund or exchange, providing the product has not been tampered with or damaged by said customer. If the product has been tampered with or damaged by the customer, the product will become property of said customer.

Any damage or defective products should be reported by the customer within 48 hours of receipt of the product. If a damaged product is received by the customer or determined to be defective, the customer should contact us immediately.

There are no returns or exchanges on juicer parts, accessories and nutritional supplements. All sales are final on these items.

All returns must be accompanied by a Return Authorization Number (RAN).

All refunds will be processed by Choose Healthy Eating For Life within 30 days after receipt of returned product.

Shipping Policies

Choose Healthy Eating For Life offers Free Shipping for most orders over $100.00 within the 48 contiguous US States. Orders shipping beyond the 48 contiguous US States will require additional shipping charges that are offered at discounted rates. Please Contact Us for quotes.

Items shipped Free are generally sent by UPS or FEDEX ground. These services require a street address, and cannot ship to a PO Box. If you wish to use a PO Box, please contact us for additional shipping charges.
